Gather Your Information

Each item that you put on your store will require a few pieces of information. In order to successfully get your products online you will need to provide some information about that product. It is easiest to prepare things in advance and then adding things becomes much simpler.

For each item, you will need to Prepare and upload your image(s) using the Upload images feature on your control panel page. If you need assistance read Prepare and upload you images from the Help section on the right.

We suggest that you create a text file and have it open before entering your artwork in the store.

Each item in your store requires the following information:

• Artwork name
  • The title of the piece
• Portfolio name
• Product Options
  • If you are selling different sizes of the same image
• Short Description
  • Up to seven words to describe the artwork in a very general way--"Oil pastel on cold pressed watercolor paper", "Digital photograph", etc.
• Long Description
  • A more complete description of the item. You may want to include dimensions, framing/matting information, edition information; that sort of thing. Anything that will further the customer's understanding of what they are purchasing.
• Image filename
• Price(s)
• How many you are offering to sell
